Otsuka Chamical India Ltd is based out here in V.P.O. Haluwas, which is a bit of a distance if you are coming from the main parts of Bhiwani. Our setup is right where Gautam Jangra, who is the son of Sh Hari Ram Jangra, has his roots. It is not like those big factories you see in the industrial zones of Gurgaon or Noida. Here in Haryana, things are a bit more quiet and grounded. We deal with chemical products and it is a lot of hard work keeping everything running smoothly in a village setting. The roads can be a bit narrow and the power goes out now and then, but we have made it work for a long time. People around here know the family name and they know where the facility is located. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the daily tasks and making sure the supplies are moving. The office is plain and we spend most of our time on the actual floor rather than sitting behind desks. Being in Haluwas with the 127021 pincode means we are part of the local community. It is a practical business without any of those flashy corporate trimmings. We just focus on the chemistry and the distribution. It is a straightforward way of doing things and it suits us just fine for now.
