About Mera Gaon Pipal Ki Chhaon Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Bhiwani
In Mandoh Kala, everyone knows the Pipal tree. It’s where people sit when the sun is too hot. That’s why we named the place after it. We are located near Har Deva R in Bhiwani. It’s a very traditional spot. We don't have air conditioning or fancy glass doors. The floor is just stone and we have a few fans that hum all day long. We spend our time talking to the farmers and the families who live nearby. They have a lot of problems with water and seeds sometimes. We try to help them figure things out. It’s not like we have all the answers, but we can usually find someone who does. The dust in Bhiwani gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning our desks. We drink a lot of lassi while we work. It’s a slow pace of life here, but we stay busy. Sometimes people come from far away villages just to ask a simple question. We never turn them away. It’s important to be a place where anyone can just walk in. We don't have a website that anyone really looks at. Word of mouth is how people find us. We are just a small part of the village life. The Pipal tree is still there, and we are right there with it, doing what we can every day. We usually close up when the sun starts to set and the cows start heading home through the village.
