If you head down Bhadla Road and get into Village Rattanheri, you will find our place. It is a quiet village for the most part, except for the noise we make at the mill. We have been part of this community for quite a long time now. The building is a bit old-fashioned, but we keep it in decent shape. There is always a lot of grain coming in and out, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t really have a big office or a fancy sign out front. Most people just know where we are by the sound and the trucks parked on the side of the road. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been working with grain their whole lives. We don't use any big words or have complicated systems. We just mill the rice and stack it up. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it’s too humid and the grain doesn't move right. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a lot of sweat and heavy lifting. At the end of the day, we are just glad to get the work done. We like the routine of it all. There isn't much to say about it other than it is our livelihood and we do our best with what we have. It is just the way things are in Rattanheri. We don't try to make it seem like more than it is.
