You can find us on Hansi Road inside the Shyam Market area in Barwala. We are tucked in near the Honda agency. It is a lively part of town, always someone shouting or a bike honking nearby. We’ve been at this for a while now, focusing on masalas. Our day starts early, getting the grinders ready or checking the latest batches that have come in. The market is a small community, so we know most of the other shop owners around here. We aren't a large factory. It is more of a hands-on type of thing. Sometimes the spice dust makes everyone sneeze, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They don't look for anything fancy, just the same stuff they always get. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when a big delivery arrives. We just stack the boxes as high as they can go and keep a path clear for people to walk. It is a bit chaotic during the festive seasons, but we like the energy. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on being here every day and doing the work. It's a simple way to earn a living. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than expected, but we just order more and carry on.
