We’re located right on Loharu Road in Bhiwani. If you know where the Balaji Oil Flour Mill is, we’re just across from there. It’s a busy spot, especially being so close to the railway crossing. You can hear the trains passing by all day. We do telecom stuff here. Mostly dealing with phones, connections, and whatever tech issues people bring in. It’s a small shop. People from around the neighborhood stop in when their signal is bad or they need something fixed. We’ve been here for some time now. The street gets pretty dusty with all the traffic, but we stay open. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights. Just a regular counter and some tools. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. We know most of the regular faces who pass by on their way to work. My brother and I usually handle the customers. It’s a lot of talking and explaining how things work. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from the city. People get impatient, but we do what we can. Being near the crossing means there’s always someone stopping by while they wait for the gates to open. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big team, just us trying to keep the local phones working. It’s honest work and we like being right here in the middle of things in Bhiwani. It feels like we are actually helping people stay connected.
