Black Sparrow Architects

Black Sparrow Architects is based in Bhiwani, specifically on the first floor near the Sec 13/23 Chowk on Chidya Ghar Road. The name sounds a bit fancy, but the office is actually quite plain. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people to find once they get to the chowk. The road outside can get pretty dusty, and the sound of the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. Inside, it’s mostly just us hunched over desks, working on layouts for shops or houses. We don’t have a big team or any polished presentations. If you come by, you’ll probably see us debating over a staircase design or checking the measurements for a site in the city. We like being in Bhiwani because we know how things work here and who to talk to when we need something done. The office has a few windows that look out toward the road, and we often watch the city go by while we’re thinking through a problem. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We handle the drawings and the technical stuff so the owners don't have to worry about it as much. It’s not about being the biggest firm; it’s just about doing the work correctly and making sure the buildings stay up and look decent for the long term. We are here every day.
