Aaryan Skilltech India Private Limited is based out of Behal, over in the Bhiwani district. We are actually located at Balwan Singh’s place, which most people in the local area know how to find. It’s a bit of a rural setup here in Haryana, 127028 to be exact. We started this because we saw a need for technical skills in our own backyard. It isn't a high-rise office or anything like that. We work out of a modest space and focus on what’s right in front of us. Some days it gets quite dusty outside, especially when the wind picks up across the fields. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just the essentials to get our work done. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the people and the pace of life in Behal. We handle the skill training stuff manually and try to stay organized as much as we can. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a marketing team or people to answer phones all day. If you need something, you usually just stop by or ask for Balwan Singh’s location. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’re just trying to provide some useful skills to the folks nearby without making a big fuss about it. The building is solid and the tea is usually hot. It's just a regular day-to-day business for us.
