Down in Village Pimplas, inside the Jai Jalaram Complex, you'll find us at unit 110, C-4. It’s Bhiwandi, so you know it’s mostly warehouses and trucks around here. Stampit Robotai & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a high-tech place, and I guess it is in a way, but the reality is just a lot of hard work in a big room. We have tools scattered around and wires everywhere. The floor is concrete and stays cold in the winter. We spend our time trying to get machines to behave themselves. It's not always easy. Some days nothing goes right, and you just have to walk away and try again tomorrow. The complex is busy, with trucks constantly backing in and out, so there's always a bit of noise. We eat our lunch on a plastic table in the corner. We don't have a website guy or a fancy office. If you need us, you usually have to call or just show up. The air is often heavy with the smell of nearby factories, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the builds we have on the floor. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and squinting at small parts. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just do the job and go home when it's done.
