Patil Agency

Patil Agency is basically run out of Flat No-4 in the Ashwini Apartment building. This is over in Mangal Rahu Nagar, right on Edega Road in Kalani East. Since it’s an apartment, it’s not like a big storefront you see on a main street. It’s more of a quiet office setup inside a residential block. We have a couple of desks and a computer, and that’s about it. Most of our work is done over the phone or by visiting clients ourselves. Edega Road gets its share of traffic, but once you step into the apartment complex, it gets a lot quieter. We’ve been here for a while. It’s convenient for us because we live nearby. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people handling the daily tasks. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all the files and the visitors, but we mostly stay out of everyone’s way. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people to drop by without having to use the stairs. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a plain door with a small nameplate. It’s a practical way to run things without having to pay for a high-street shop. We just handle the agency work as it comes in and keep our records straight.
