We are located in Oswal Palace, specifically Shop No. 7 at House No.1150. It’s a decent sized space where we handle all the tech stuff that comes our way. The shop is tucked into the building, and we’ve made it our home for a good while now. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or opening up computer cases to see why things aren't spinning right. It gets a bit messy with all the spare parts and boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors because that's what they are. If someone's printer stops working or their laptop won't boot, they bring it to Shop 7. We take a look, tell them what we think, and get to it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. Living and working in the same area means we see our customers at the market too. We take pride in just being a reliable place to go when the technology acts up. No one wants to deal with a broken computer for long, so we try to be quick without rushing the details. It's just a local shop in a busy building. We keep the lights on and the screwdrivers ready for whatever walks in. Nothing more, nothing less.
