Our place is in the Parasnath Industrial Complex, specifically at B4 on the first floor. It’s out on the Mankoli Anjur Phata Road in Valpada. It’s a very industrial setting with a lot of trucks and warehouses around us. We’ve been here at Linepro for some time now. The first floor gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have our fans and we get through the day. It’s a working floor, so there is always the sound of tools or people moving things around. We don't have a carpeted office or any of that. It’s all concrete and metal because that’s what our work requires. Most of our staff comes from the local villages nearby or from the main town. We have a routine that we follow every morning to get the production going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do well. Sometimes the road outside gets clogged with traffic, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the technical stuff and making sure everything is built right. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about us, they usually just come by and see the workshop for themselves. It’s a practical environment for honest work. We keep things organized as much as possible, though it gets messy when we are busy with big orders. It is just us here doing the work. That is all.
