You can find Fabric And Utensils at Office No. 128 on the second floor of the Haridhara Building. We’re right at Anjurphata, which is a pretty well-known spot. It’s not a ground-floor shop, so we don't get as much walk-in traffic, which is actually fine for the way we work. We deal with fabrics and utensils. It’s a bit of an interesting mix, but it’s what we do. The office is usually stacked with samples and catalogs. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when a new shipment comes in or when we are sorting through different materials. Anjurphata is always busy with traffic, so the noise from the street comes up to the second floor. We’ve got a small team here. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking the items we get. It’s a very straightforward operation. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the utensils are okay and the fabric is what the customer asked for. The building itself is old, but it serves its purpose for us. We keep a kettle for tea and usually have some papers scattered on the desks. It’s a real working environment, not a staged showroom. If you're coming to see us, the stairs are the easiest way up since the elevator is often busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that stays busy and gets the job done.
