Seagull Pharmaceuticals is based in the RIICO Industrial Area, specifically at E-1190 in Phase IV. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something happening around us. We have a solid space here where we manage our pharmaceutical operations. It’s a lot of concrete and heavy doors, as you’d expect from a place like this. We spend most of our hours making sure the production lines are running okay and the packaging is done right. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The staff here is pretty experienced, and many have been with us since we moved into this unit. We get a lot of trucks coming in with raw materials and leaving with finished boxes. The office part of the building is just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing; we usually just talk over the noise of the machines if something needs fixing. RIICO is a big place, and it can be a maze, but we’ve made our home in Phase IV. We keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s about getting the work done efficiently and making sure nothing sits on the shelf for too long. We’ve seen the area grow over the years, and we’ve just grown along with it in our own quiet way. We just keep moving forward.
