We started the shop in Sector 6 quite some time back. We’re right at Shop No. 1 in the 6/705 building. If you know where Aggarwal Dharmshala is, you can find us easily. It gets busy on some days, especially when people have issues with their laptops or printers. We just sit here and try to figure out what’s wrong with the machines brought in. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours, other times we have to keep it overnight. It’s a small place, nothing fancy. We’ve got a few shelves for parts and some chairs for people to wait. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoon, but we manage. My brother helps out with the technical stuff while I handle the customers. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s quiet in the mornings usually. We open around 10 or 11, depending on the traffic. Working with computers is okay, but it gets tiring staring at screens all day long. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. That’s just life in Uip Sec-6. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s a waste of money. If a motherboard is dead, it is dead. No point lying about it. That’s basically what we do here every day at Satnam Infotech.
