Naulakha Poly Plast

Out here in Phase 1 of the Riico Industrial Area, things are always moving. Naulakha Poly Plast is situated at A 146 F 4, and it’s a typical industrial setting. There’s a lot of dust and the sound of machines in the background most of the time. We work with plastics, which means the air sometimes smells like it, but we’ve all gotten used to it. The office part of the building is small and mostly filled with ledgers and samples. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions. We just make what we need to make and ship it out. Trucks come in and out of the gate all day, and there’s always a bit of a struggle to get them parked right in the alley. It’s a tough environment, especially when it’s hot outside, but the work is steady. We’ve been at this location for a good while. Most of us wear work clothes and don't worry too much about looking professional in the corporate sense. We just want to make sure the poly plast products are sorted and ready for the customers. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things by hand. There are no big meetings here, just a lot of talking across the shop floor. We keep things moving and try to finish our quotas on time. That's the way it goes every day for us.
