Percos India Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Samtel Zone Indl. Area at Plot No-812/G1-19. If you know this part of the industrial zone, you know it’s mostly just rows of units and a lot of concrete everywhere. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, just a sturdy building where we spend most of our daylight hours. The area gets pretty crowded during shift changes, with everyone trying to get in and out of the narrow roads at the same time. Inside, we just focus on what needs doing for the day. We don’t really go in for big speeches or fancy office furniture. We’ve got our equipment, our desks, and a small break area where we drink way too much tea during the afternoon slump. The neighbors are all industrial shops too, so there’s always the sound of machinery humming or trucks idling nearby. It gets really hot in the summer, but we’ve got some old fans going to keep the air moving. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to talk much to get the work finished. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their bit, and head home to their families. We try to keep things organized even when the orders pile up. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy, but we sort it out eventually. That’s just life here.
