We are over at A-146 in the Riico Industrial Area, right in Phase-I. If you know the area, it gets pretty busy around here with all the trucks and workers moving about. Naulakha Poly Plast is basically a small setup where we handle plastic work. It’s not a huge place, just a regular industrial unit with some machines and a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Most days start early because the power can be a bit tricky if we wait too long. We spend a lot of time just checking on the molds and the raw materials that come in. It’s mostly manual work, honestly. The floor is usually covered in some scraps, but we try to keep it tidy enough to walk through. People often ask how we manage in the heat, especially during the summer months in the shed, but you just get used to it after a while. We’ve been at this address for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. We don’t really have a big office or anything, just a desk in the corner for the paperwork and some chairs for when someone stops by to talk about an order. It’s practical work. We make what’s needed and try to get it out the door on time. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves, which takes up half the afternoon. That’s just how it goes here.
