Kapil Security Services has been around this part of Bhiwadi Industrial Area for a while now. We are right near the police station, which makes it easy to find us if you're coming down the main road. The dust from the factories gets on everything, but that's just how it is working in an industrial zone. Most days, we’re just busy managing the shifts and making sure everybody shows up on time. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons here, so we try to keep the office cool enough to breathe. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. People stop by to ask about work or to check on their schedules. Being close to the station means there is always something going on outside, lots of sirens and trucks moving back and forth. Our guys are usually out at different sites, but a few of us stay back to handle the phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit by the door where there is a bit of a breeze. It’s a straightforward operation. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy knows us well. We just keep things moving day by day without making much of a fuss. If someone needs to talk to us, they just walk in. There’s no need for an appointment or anything special. We just do our work and keep things simple.
