If you are looking for us, we are at Plot No. 3/5, Uit, in Sector-3 of Bhiwadi. We are pretty easy to spot because we’re right near the police chowki. The workshop is usually full of forklifts in different states of being fixed. It’s a greasy job, and the floor usually shows it, but that is just part of the daily routine here at Jiya Forklift Care. We spend our time diagnosing why an engine won’t start or fixing a hydraulic leak that’s causing trouble for some warehouse down the road. Most of the people working here have been around engines since they were kids. We don’t have a fancy front desk or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us under a machine with a wrench in hand. Bhiwadi is an industrial place, so there is never a shortage of work to do. Sometimes the spare parts take a day or two to arrive, which can be a bit of a headache, but we try to keep the most common ones on the shelf. It’s just about keeping these machines running so the local businesses can keep their stock moving. We like the neighborhood, even with the noise from the main road. It’s a straightforward business where we just talk about what’s broken and how much time it’ll take to get it back on the floor working again.
