Anand Lok - Ready To Move Flats In Bhiwadi

Our place is called Anand Lok and we are located right near the St Gobain Glass Factory here in Bhiwadi. If you are driving around this part of Rajasthan, you can't miss the factory, so that's how people usually find us. We have these flats that are ready for people to move into. It’s not like those big fancy developers with huge billboards. We just have the buildings and a small office on-site where we keep the keys and the ledgers. Most days, someone is there to show people around the rooms. We spend a lot of time walking up and down the stairs and checking if everything is alright in the vacant units. The wind gets quite dusty in Bhiwadi, so we are always sweeping the hallways. It’s a quiet spot away from the main highway noise. We’ve seen families move in and start their lives here over the months. Some people work at the glass factory nearby. We aren't selling dreams or anything like that. We are just offering a place to stay that’s already built. You can see the walls and the floors before you decide anything. We handle the registrations and the basic maintenance of the common areas. Sometimes we sit on the benches outside when the sun goes down and the air cools off. It’s a simple operation. We just look after the property and help the new neighbors get settled in. There isn't much more to it.
