Alpha Services

Alpha Services is located out in the Riico Industrial Area in the Alwar district. We are at F-84 85, which is a fairly large plot compared to some of our neighbors. Being in an industrial zone means we deal with a lot of dust and the sound of heavy machinery all day long. Our work involves providing services to other businesses around here, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a few cabinets for all the documents we have to keep. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. There is a lot of coming and going with the service vans. We try to keep a schedule, but things often change at the last minute when a client has an emergency. The road out here can be a bit bumpy, especially after the rain. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area we set up in the back. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We just focus on getting the tasks finished so the clients are satisfied enough to call us back next time. It’s hard work, especially in the Alwar heat, but it’s what we do and we’ve been doing it for years.
