Ahlcon Parenterals (I) Pvt Ltd

Our company, Ahlcon Parenterals (I) Pvt Ltd, is based in the RIICO Industrial Area at plot Sp-918 in Phase-3. This area is mostly made up of large factories and dusty roads, so it isn't a place you would visit for fun. We produce parenterals, which are those medical fluids you see in hospitals. The factory is a big, functional building where we spend most of our time. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the production line to make sure everything is flowing correctly. The office where the management and admin work is tucked into a corner of the main building. It’s nothing special, just some desks and a lot of binders full of regulations and logs. We have to be very careful with the details because of the nature of the medicine we make. It’s a serious job, but we try to keep a friendly atmosphere among the staff. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a team of sales people. Most of our work is done through established contracts. The summers here can be very hot, and the air conditioning in the office struggles to keep up, but we just drink plenty of water and keep going. We eat our lunch in the canteen and talk about our families or the weather. It’s just a regular group of people doing a difficult job in an industrial park.
