You can find our office on the first floor right above Shakti Motor on Jalore Road in Bhinmal. It is a busy little area, especially with all the vehicles coming and going from the repair shop downstairs. Being based in the Jalore district means we travel quite a bit to reach our different project sites. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a couple of rooms with some old chairs and a lot of paperwork scattered on the tables. We do engineering and infra work, which basically means we are out in the dirt and sun most days of the week. Most of the time, the whole team is out checking on roads or whatever construction is currently under way. The heat in Rajasthan can be really brutal, so we try to start our days early to beat the sun. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary frills. We get the specifications, hire the crews, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It is a lot of logistics and making sure the trucks show up when they are supposed to. Some days things go smooth, and other days a machine breaks down and everything stops. That is just how it goes in this line of work.
