We are located in Dabra, which is in the Gwalior district, specifically in Kamleshwer Colony. Most people around here know us because we are right near Gita Talkies. It is a small office where we handle the India-side engineering operations for the local area. Dabra is a smaller town, so everyone kind of knows everyone else, and the atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a handful of us who know the engineering business well. The office is a simple place with just what we need to get the job done. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with technicians and making sure the supplies for our projects are arriving on time. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s a popular movie playing at the talkies, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to be formal all the time. We usually have a lot of paperwork to get through, and the desks are often covered in diagrams and notes. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Kamleshwer Colony. We just show up, do the engineering work that’s expected of us, and head home. It is a straightforward setup and we don't try to make it anything more than it is.
