Aadisakti Foods Private Limited is located at Plot No. 59 in the Semi Urban Industrial Estate on Lahar Road in Bhind. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and warehouses. There is always the sound of engines or metal clanging nearby. Our building is a simple structure that gets the job done. We don't have a landscaped garden or a fancy glass entrance. It is just a big metal door and some concrete steps. Inside, we focus on food production and packaging. The floor is usually busy with people moving crates around. We spend our time monitoring the machines and making sure the output is consistent. The Lahar Road gets a lot of truck traffic, which is good for our logistics but makes the area quite dusty. We have a small office section where we handle the bills and the orders, but most of our day is spent out on the floor. It is a no-nonsense environment. We don't have time for corporate meetings or long presentations. We just check the schedule, load the trucks, and keep the production line moving. It can be tiring, especially when it’s humid, but that’s the nature of the work. We've been at this plot for a while and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate pretty well. It is a loud, busy place, but it is where we do our best work.
