Srinivasa Rice Mill

If you head over to Ranganaipuram in Lkota Mandal, you’ll find Srinivasa Rice Mill at D.No. 2-14. We’ve been processing grain here for a long time. The building is old but it’s sturdy and does the job. You can usually hear the machines humming from down the road. It gets dusty inside, which is expected with rice milling, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. Local farmers bring their harvest to us and we take care of it. There is no big corporate office here, just a small room where we keep the ledgers and the weighing scale. My brother and I run most of the operations along with a few helpers from the village. It’s hard work, especially during the harvest season when the trucks are lined up outside. We start early in the morning and sometimes work until it’s dark. The smell of fresh rice is everywhere. We don’t have a website or anything fancy like that. Word of mouth is how people find us. It’s a straightforward business. We provide a necessary service for the farmers around here. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the lines to get fixed. That’s just part of life in Lkota. We do our best to keep things moving along. If you are looking for the mill, just ask anyone in Ranganaipuram, they will point you to the right door. We are usually there from dawn until dusk, working hard to keep the grain flowing.
