Welspun

Welspun is located out in Village Kuindia Khurd. To get to us, you have to go via Raila in the Bhilwara district. It is quite a different environment compared to the big city offices. Being in a village means the pace is a bit different, and you see more fields than buildings. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after the monsoon, but we are used to the drive. Most of the people who work here are from the local area or nearby villages. We have a large facility because we need the space for what we do. The air is a bit cleaner out here, though it gets very hot in the summer months. Bhilwara is a known district for this kind of work, so we fit right in. The office part is functional and basic. We have the usual desks and computers, but the real work happens in the larger sections of the building. We don't have fancy cafes nearby, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local tea stall. It is a hardworking place where people know each other. We focus on the daily production and making sure things are moving along according to the schedule. It is a quiet life in Kuindia Khurd, but we keep busy enough with the tasks at hand and the daily routine of keeping the plant running.
