We have our machines and our tools, and the floor is usually covered in metal bits and oil. It’s a real engineering environment. We don’t spend time on fancy decorations or making the place look pretty. Our focus is on the parts we make and the machines we fix. Sometimes we’re working late to finish a job that turned out to be harder than we thought. That’s just how it goes with engineering work. You think it’ll take an hour and then something doesn't line up. We talk to other local business owners and contractors who need specific things done.
