We are located at Plot No. 1320 in Phase-III of the G.I.D.C. area in Vatva. If you know this part of Ahmedabad, you know it is full of industrial sheds and heavy machinery. Our shop is no different. It is a practical space where we handle all sorts of mechanical work. The walls are a bit stained from years of oil and grease, but that is just the nature of working with machines every day. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, someone just yells across the floor if a call comes in. Most of our days are spent standing on the concrete floor, checking parts and making sure the lathes are running correctly. It gets quite hot in Vatva during the summer months, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can get. The neighbors are all doing similar work, so there is always a sound of metal clanking or engines revving nearby. We have a small cabin for the accounts, but most of the real action happens out on the floor. People stop by to ask for specific parts or to see if we can fix a broken piece of equipment. We take things as they come and try to be useful to the people who walk through the gate. It is a simple setup for honest work.
