You can find us over at Plot No. 6/2, right on the first floor near Hanuman Mandi. It’s a pretty well-known area at Veer Sawarkar Chauk in Bhopal Gunj. Being near the temple means there is always a bit of a crowd and some noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started Surbhi India because we wanted to have a place of our own in this neighborhood. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you're coming up. We mostly handle things from this small office space. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just a few of us sitting here, taking orders and making sure things get where they need to go. The area gets busy during the festivals, especially with the temple right there. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just keep working. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people find us because they know the landmark or they’ve been told where we are by someone else in the market. It’s a practical setup. We focus on the work on our desks and the phone calls coming in. It’s been our base for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the streets outside change quite a bit, though the Chauk stays as busy as ever.
