You can find us at No. 114 in Transport Nagar, which is basically the heart of all the hauling and moving around here. Sri Umda Logistics Packersmovers started out because we saw how much trouble people had getting their stuff from one house to another without things getting smashed up. It is a loud place to work with all the trucks idling nearby, but it makes sense for what we do. Our office isn't much to look at, mostly just piles of cardboard boxes, rolls of tape, and some thick blankets we use to wrap up the furniture. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate talk. Most of the guys here just want to get the truck loaded and get on the road so they can finish the job before it gets too dark. We have moved everything from heavy old cupboards to small kitchen sets, and every job is a bit different. Some days are long, especially when we have to carry things up five flights of stairs because the lift is broken, but that is just how it goes in this business. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, people just see our trucks around or a friend tells them we did a decent job last time. We try to be careful with the boxes and keep the paperwork straight so there aren't any surprises at the end of the day. It’s basic work, but it keeps the lights on.
