Sri Balaji Agro Industries

Sri Balaji Agro Industries is situated right near Sitaram Ki Bawdi. That old well is a landmark everyone knows, so it helps people find us. We work with agricultural products, processing things as they come in from the farms. The air around the Bawdi is a bit cooler, which is nice during the peak of summer. Our building is an old one, with thick walls and high ceilings. We have been here for years, and the routine hasn't changed much. We wake up early to beat the heat and start the machines. There is a specific rhythm to the work that you only get used to after a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and keep things moving. Sometimes the machinery gets jammed, and we have to spend hours taking it apart and putting it back together. It’s frustrating, but it’s part of the job. We have a small area where we sit and have lunch together. Usually, it's just something simple brought from home. We talk about the crops and the local news. It is a quiet life in a way, despite the noise of the industry. We like the history of this area near the Bawdi. It feels like we are part of the landscape. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
