Sps Hospital

In Kapasan, everyone knows where the government hospital is, and we are situated right in front of it. It’s a convenient spot because people are already coming to this part of town for their health needs. Being located right across the street means we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much, but we have our sign up so you can't miss it. Inside, it's pretty basic with a desk at the front and some benches for sitting. We don't have any of those big posters or shiny brochures. It’s mostly just us and the patients. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, but other days it feels like the whole town is coming through the door at once. We deal with the usual stuff like fevers, bumps, and regular checkups. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Kapasan. The windows look out onto the main road where you can see people going back and forth to the other hospital. It’s a practical setup for a small place like this. We try to keep the floors swept and the medicine cabinet stocked up. It’s a local operation run by people who live nearby. If you are in the area and need something, we are usually around to help out with whatever is bothering you.
