Sphiro Fab (India) Private Limited

Sphiro Fab is over in Bhilwara, specifically in the Kanchipuram Colony. We have units 212 and 213 in Ghandinagar. It’s a textile town, so everyone around here knows the business. We focus on the fabrication side of things. It’s a lot of manual work and checking the looms. The colony is usually full of trucks coming and going, so getting in and out can be a bit of a pain during the afternoon. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short walk to work. The space inside is mostly taken up by the materials and the finished rolls. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there working. We’ve had some rainy days lately that slowed things down, but usually, we stay on track. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we have fans going. It’s just a standard factory setup. We don’t do a lot of talking, mostly just focused on the production. Bhilwara has a specific feel to it, and we are just a part of that fabric, literally. We’ve been at this address for a decent amount of time now. We know the neighbors and the local tea seller knows our order by heart. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy with the orders.
