If you are looking for Shrinath Watch House & Opticlans, we are situated right opposite the SBI in the New Bazar area on Station Road. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We decided to handle both watches and glasses because it just seemed to make sense for the people around here. You might come in because you can’t see the numbers on your watch anymore, so we can help with both problems at the same place. The shop is filled with various frames and different types of watches, from the simple digital ones to the ones with the hands that sweep. We aren't trying to be some high-end boutique. It’s just a practical shop for regular people. Sometimes we have to hunt around for a specific screw for a pair of glasses, or spend a long time looking through a magnifying glass at a watch movement. Our counter is usually covered in little trays and cleaning cloths. It gets a bit hectic when the train station crowds come through, but we like the energy. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a watch is too far gone to fix, we will tell you. It is just how we prefer to run things here on Station Road, without any unnecessary fuss or complicated talk. We have been here a while and know most of the neighbors.
