Shri Krishna Kripa Saras Parlour & Juice Center

My place in Bijolion is called Shri Krishna Kripa Saras Parlour & Juice Center. It is mostly a spot where people come to get something cold when the weather gets too hot. I have the milk and curd from Saras, and then I make fresh juices too. The juicer machine makes a lot of noise, especially when I am doing carrots or pineapple. I spend a lot of time cutting fruit on the wooden board. My hands usually smell like oranges or lemons by the end of the day. There are a few stools outside where people can sit and drink their glass of juice. I try to keep the area clean, but with the fruit peels, it is a constant job. The fridge hums all day long. In the evenings, families come by for a treat after dinner. I have some ice cream cups in the freezer too. I started this because I wanted something of my own. It is not a big business, but it serves the people around here. I know most of my customers by their names and what they usually order. One guy always wants extra sugar, another wants no ice at all. I just do what they ask. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people know where I am. It is a good way to spend the day.
