Shree Radhakrishna Ice Cream

Our small shop is in Bigod Village, which is part of the Mandalgarh Tehsil in Bhilwara District. We are located right near the bus stand, so we see a lot of people coming and going from the village. It’s a basic place with just the essentials for selling ice cream. We have a couple of large freezers and a small counter. My family helps out with the daily tasks. It gets very hot here in the summer, so the bus stand area is always a good spot for us. People are usually looking for something to cool down while they wait for their ride. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Just the name of the shop on the front. We keep the shop open from early morning until the last bus leaves in the evening. It can be a long day, but we are used to it. The floor is just concrete and we keep it swept as best as we can. We get our supplies from the city, and sometimes the road conditions make the delivery take longer than expected. We don't worry about being the biggest shop, just about having enough stock for the locals and travelers. It's a simple life here in the village, and the ice cream shop keeps us busy. We just try to make sure the freezers stay plugged in and the flavors stay fresh.
