Our office is at number 3 in the Chitrakoot Complex on Old Rto Road. It’s quite easy to find since we are near the Rto Compound here in Bhilwara. Shree Omega Air Travel Agency Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a good while now. Travel stuff can be confusing with all the flight changes and paperwork, so we spend most of our day on the computers or the phone. The complex gets busy during the day, especially with people coming and going from the Rto. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices or check on ticket availability. It's not a huge place, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with air travel, helping folks get their tickets sorted out for trips both near and far. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit, but that's just part of life here. We don't do much advertising; most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone else in town. We try to stay organized with all the files, though sometimes the desk gets a bit messy when it's a busy Monday. We just keep at it, day by day, making sure the tickets are printed and the dates are right. It keeps us occupied and we get to talk to plenty of interesting people from around the neighborhood.
