Shree Nakoda

You can find us on Pur Road, right near the Subham Dharam Kanta. It’s a very specific part of the road where a lot of heavy vehicles stop to get weighed. Because of that, Shree Nakoda is always surrounded by the sound of big engines and the smell of dust from the road. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment. We spend a lot of time at the desk just watching the trucks pull in and out. The Dharam Kanta is a bit of a landmark for us, so people usually find us pretty easily if they know where that is. Our building is just a standard one on Pur Road. It’s not particularly pretty, but it’s solid and it keeps the sun off us. Some days are slower than others, but there is usually someone stopping by to ask a question or just to escape the heat for a second. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a big sales pitch. We just tell people what we have and let them decide. It feels like a very honest way to work. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen Pur Road get busier and busier every year. Even with all the noise, it’s a good spot for us. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door at Subham Dharam Kanta.
