Down on Goshala Road in Gulabpura, that’s where you will find our main operations. We go by RSWM Limited, and this facility has been a major part of the landscape here in Rajasthan for many years. This is an industrial area, so things tend to get quite dusty and loud during the day, but that’s just part of the job for us. We have a lot of different people working here across various shifts to keep the production moving at a steady pace. A lot of the staff lives in the local area, so the walk to work isn't too bad for most of us. We don't have much use for fancy corporate language or long meetings. We just keep our focus on the machines and making sure everything is running the way it’s supposed to. It’s a pretty large site, and there’s always something that needs to be fixed or looked at by the maintenance crew. The 311021 area is our home base, and we’ve watched the town grow and change quite a bit from our spot on Goshala Road. It’s honest, hard work, and it provides a living for a lot of families in this part of the state. We don’t have a polished office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more about what’s happening on the factory floor every day. If you ever stop by, you'll see we’re just regular people in our work clothes getting on with it.
