Rs Lodha And Associates is based out of Office No. 7-8 in the Bapna Complex. We are situated on Pur Road in Bhilwara, which stays quite busy with people moving back and forth. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some desks, a lot of shelves for files, and not much else in terms of decoration. It’s the kind of place where you come to get work done, not to look at the walls. We see people from all over the 311001 area coming in for help with their paperwork. The Bapna Complex has a lot of different businesses, so there is always a sense of activity around us. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just wake up, get to the office, and see what needs to be tackled first. Sometimes the workload is heavy and we stay late, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots on Pur Road. It’s a very local way of working. We know the other people in the building and we say hello in the hallways. It’s just a regular group of people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. The office is functional and it serves its purpose for us and the folks who visit. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks.
