We operate out of E-165 in Phase 2 of the RIICO Industrial Area in Bhilwara. The company name is Ratan Barjatiya Spinners Private Limited. Being in an industrial area means it’s all business around here. There are a lot of factories and trucks, and it can get pretty noisy. We focus on the spinning side of the textile industry. It involves a lot of machinery and constant maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Rajasthan is a tough place for machinery because of the dust, so we spend a lot of time cleaning and fixing things. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures to hand out. We just show up every morning, check the machines, and make sure the production is on schedule. The people working here are mostly locals who have been in the textile trade for years. It’s hard, physical work, but it’s what we know. The summers are incredibly hot in the shed, but we’ve got our routine down and we make it work. We watch the yarn closely and make sure we meet our deadlines. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one for the local economy. We just try to be practical and honest in everything we do here. There's no need for fancy titles when everyone is doing their part to keep the yarn moving out.
