If you go to Sindhu Nagar in Bhilwara, you have to look for the Pari Paridhan Girls College Road. We are right behind it on the first floor of building 159. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s not too bad. The office is usually filled with the sound of pages turning or pens scratching on paper. We have a lot of books piled up on the shelves, and sometimes they spill over onto the desks. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We spend most of the day sitting around the main table or in the smaller side rooms. The view from the window is mostly just other buildings and the street below, which can get quite loud in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We don't have any fancy signs inside, just some notes taped to the walls to remind us of things we need to finish. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we have a lot of people visiting at once. We usually have some tea around four in the afternoon to keep going. The floor is that old-style tile that stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We just try to get through the daily tasks and make sure everything is in order before we lock up the door for the night. It’s just a regular local spot in Bhilwara where we do our work.
