Mahaveer Kirana

Mahaveer Kirana is on Kawakhera Road, right near the Kumbha Chatrawas area. It’s been here for a while now. We open up pretty early in the morning because that’s when people need their milk and bread before work starts. It’s a small place, but we try to keep most things people ask for. You’ll find lentils, rice, different kinds of oils, and spices on the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We just handle the counter and keep track of the stock. The road outside can get dusty, but it’s a busy spot. It’s mostly locals who stop by, people we’ve known for years. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where you can grab your daily essentials without much fuss. If we run out of something, we usually get it back in a day or two. The shelves are packed, sometimes a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Running a shop like this means long hours, but it keeps us busy. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes kids come in for a small treat or a pack of biscuits after school. It’s just how things go here on Kumbha Chatrawas Road. Nothing too complicated, just a neighborhood store doing its thing day in and day out. We try to keep the staples ready so nobody has to go too far for basic cooking supplies. We just stay focused on the work.
