Our shop is Number 12 inside the Abhishek Textile Market. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. Being in a textile market means it’s always crowded and noisy outside, with people moving fabric and carts everywhere. We mostly sit here and help folks figure out where they want to go and how to get there. Whether it’s a bus ticket or a longer trip, we just handle the bookings. There are maps and brochures scattered around, though most things are done on the computer these days. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so it’s not very formal. We know a lot of the other shop owners in the market, and they often stop by for a chat. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to read the paper. We don't have any fancy travel displays in the window, just the basic info people look for. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the market change a lot around us. It’s a practical business. We find the routes, check the prices, and hand over the tickets. It’s not glamorous, but people need to travel, and we’re here to help them do that from our little corner in the market.
