We are located at number 16 in Vidhut Nagar, right on Nehru Road over in Bhilwara. It is a decent area and quite central, so getting here is not too much of a hassle for anyone. Even though the name says Chittorgarh, this branch handles a lot of the Bhilwara side of the business for Hindustan Zinc. It is a bit of a mix of things here. We have people coming in and out all day long. The office is pretty simple, nothing fancy, just the essentials like tables, chairs, and a functioning phone line. We do not really go for the corporate look. We would much rather just be comfortable while we work. Most of us have been around the industry for a long time. We know how to handle the paperwork and the local requirements. Sometimes the afternoon slump hits, and we all head out for a quick break to clear our heads. We do not have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the job is done correctly. It is a very human way of working. We do not use scripts when we talk to people. We just say it like it is. If things are behind schedule, we say so. If everything is fine, we say that too. It is just a regular workplace for regular people like us.
