G.W. Precision Tools India Pvt. Ltd. is located at 124-A in the Bommasandra Industrial Estate. Being out here in Anekal Taluk means we are a bit far from the city center, but this is where all the real manufacturing happens. The estate is huge, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. Our facility is focused on precision, so we spend a lot of time looking at very small measurements. It’s quiet work in a way, but the machines still make a steady rhythm. We have to keep things pretty clean because even a bit of grit can mess up the tools we are making. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good routine. The morning starts with a quick check of the machines and then we just get to it. The sun can be quite brutal out here in the open spaces of the industrial estate, so we’re glad for the shade inside. We have a small area for lunch where we sit and talk about anything other than work for a bit. It’s a long drive for some of us to get here, but it’s a decent place to spend the day. We focus on the tiny details that most people would never notice. It is just regular work for us, making sure every tool that leaves 124-A is exactly right.
