The name on our registration is Deepank Prop Limited Liability Partnersh and we work out of A-25 in R.K Colony. Bhilwara is where we are located. It's a fairly quiet colony, which is nice because it stays calm compared to the louder parts of the city. We have been using this A-25 address for our property business for quite a while. Our office is basically just a regular house that we converted so we have a place to work. We help people find houses or land around Bhilwara and handle the basic property stuff that comes up. It is not a big company with lots of departments. Usually, it is just a couple of us handling everything that comes through the door. Much of our time is spent out of the office, looking at different sites and meeting with owners to see what is available. Bhilwara has its own rhythm and we have been here long enough to know how things go. We don't have one of those polished offices with glass partitions. It is just a comfortable space with some chairs and a computer for our records. Local folks from the colony often drop in to chat or see what the real estate market is doing. We don't really do marketing. People just know us and where we are in R.K Colony. It is a practical local business and that suits us just fine.
