A.K. Gift Shopee

Our little shop is on Church Road in Azad Nager. We call it A.K. Gift Shopee. It is not a very large place, but we try our best to keep the shelves full of all sorts of items that people might want for birthdays or weddings. We have toys for kids, some picture frames, and all kinds of small things. It is a bit cluttered because we try to fit as much as we can into the space we have. Sometimes it is hard for customers to find exactly what they are looking for, but we usually know where everything is buried. The shop has been here in Azad Nager for quite a long time now. We know most of the families who live on the nearby streets. They come in when they need a quick gift or sometimes they just stop by to say hello. The floor is a bit worn out from all the people walking in over the years, and the lighting is not the best, but it feels comfortable to us. We don't really do any advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here on Church Road. We spend most of the day dusting the shelves and talking to the people who come in. Sometimes local kids come in and stay for a long time just looking at the toys. It is a quiet life most of the time.
