You can find us at the Aiyc Foundation, which is set up care of Bhagwati Devi. Our location is right behind the Sarkari School in Dota, which is in the TH-ASIND area. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the bigger towns. Being in Dota, specifically in the 311026 zip code, means we are surrounded by a lot of familiar faces. The school is the main landmark here, so whenever we tell people where we are, we just say to go behind the government school building. It is a simple setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the cities. We have a modest space where we sit and work through our projects. The air is a bit different out here, more open and less crowded. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s just a basic room with the essentials. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes you can hear the kids playing or the bell ringing at the school next door. It’s a very local feel. We are just a group of people working out of this spot in Dota. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on what we have to do right here. It feels honest to be working in a place like this, close to the ground and away from the noise of the bigger traffic centers.
